• At this time, Ron Pope Motorsports ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Ron Pope Motorsports ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

• No Return, No Refund Policy
•  Thank you for shopping at Ron Pope Motorsports LLC. Please read this policy carefully.

 1. No Returns:** We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at (865) 932-7541 with details of the product and the defect. 

2. No Refunds:** All sales are final. We do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. You are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item from us. Absolutely NO refunds or returns for custom-made orders.

3. Defective or Damaged Products:** In the case of a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days from the date you receive the product. After 3 days, we will not consider any claims for defective or damaged products. 

4. Conditions of Return:** To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

5. Shipping Costs:** Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
